Combine flour/mix, milk, and egg in mixing bowl and whisk together. Smash ripe banana and combine with pancake mixture. Grate pear using any size cheese grater you have in the kitchen and stir into pancake mixture. Heat skillet on stove top to medium low heat. Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Depending on how hot your skillet get it should only take a couple minutes per side. you will see the pancake start to rise and little bubble form - that is a good sign to flip the pancake. Server warm, cold or throw in the freezer to store for breakfasts on the go!
